Troubleshooting yourself:


One thing you can try when your connection isn’t working is to “reboot” your router. Unplug the router, wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in. This will reset the device, clear its memory, and often will improve the speed. 


If you’re still experiencing slower-than normal network speeds, try rebooting your phone, tablet, or computer to clear the data caches.


If just one or a few devices are having connectivity issues but not other devices (other computers, phones, tablets, Streaming TVs, etc.), the problem is likely within your home network and not your internet connection. We can still help resolve those issues too. Contact us and we can send out a technician.

New members can sign up online for a payment account to handle recurring billing. We will send detailed instructions for getting set up. You can contact us anytime if you are unable to login, or if you prefer to get set up over the phone.
